Come join us in adventure from sea to table for the first annual Bridges Block Party featuring Shrimp and Grits Cook-off Saturday\, April 5th in the Habersham Marketplace. Our goal is to raise awareness of our school and gain supporters to benefit our students and their adventures in education.\n\n\n\nItems on the menu for Bridges Block Party: \n\n-Shrimp and Grits Cook-off featuring local professional chefs competing to win for the BEST recipe in Beaufort and to have their winning recipe featured in Low-country Weekly Magazine. \n\n\n\n-In the Kids-zone\, children will explore a wide array of fun and education activities\, such as\, a Rock-climbing-Wall\, Euro Bungee\, Touch-Tank and a Corn Shucking contest. \n\n\n\n-Bridges Preparatory School students will have an exclusive art show with an opportunity to be selected as best in show with a People's Choice Award. \n\n\n\n-Local chefs will entertain on the main stage by offering cooking demonstrations throughout the day.\n\n\n\n -Corn-Hole and other hands-on activities for all ages will be set up to enjoy while enjoying a refreshing beverage at the Beer Garden. \n\n\n\nShrimp not your thing? Don't worry\, we will have plenty of diverse food selections to choose from that will make even the land-loving foodies happy. \n\n\n\nLive music by Coastal Breeze Band will take the stage after the award ceremony. Our Bridges Block Party featuring Shrimp and Grits Cook-off will be our KEY fundraising event and provide a fun outing for the whole family to enjoy.
