University\, a J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and an M.B.A. from the Executive Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University.\n\nPrior to retiring in 2013\, Pat focused on representing large and small employers in labor and employment law matters for more than 35 years in a variety of capacities in both private practice as well as in publicly-traded companies.\n\nHe is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for more than 20 years.
