LowCountry SCORE Chapter and Canon USA\, announce a three-part Business for Breakfast on the Simple Steps to a Well-Run Business. Breakfast and coffee will be provided by Bojangles'.\n\n     \n\nHow your business is managed and how it is able to compete within its designated market will determine whether it will survive. Accordingly\, one of the most helpful tools you will acquire is how to break down running your business into 3 parts: \n\n\n	Operate:  Your Operations have to be solid so you will learn strategies for business funding and operations\; \n	Navigate:  Discover how to take the time for planning and strategic thinking\, as well as learn more about the Business Life Cycle\; \n	Communicate:  Develop or refine your "Core Value" and learn ways to effectively communicate it to others.  \n\n	 \n\nThese roundtable discussions will be led by small business expert SCORE volunteer instructors from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on three consecutive Wednesdays as follows:\n\n \n\nMarch 22\, 2017\n\nMarch 29\, 2017\n\nApril 5\, 2017
