Chip timing provided by Palmetto Running Company.\n\n\n\nAwards:\n\nOverall male and female (Chilly Bean)\n\nMale and Female age group awards for 18 and up\n\n(19-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60+ (or masters)\n\nFastest runner w/dog (chili dog)\n\nFastest runner w/stroller (beanie weenie)\n\nOldest\, youngest finisher (old bean\, tiny bean)\n\nFastest Military (navy bean)\n\nFarthest distance traveled to race (great northern bean)\n\nUnder 18 age group awards male and female:\n\n6 & under\, 7-8\, 9-10\, 11-12\, 13-14\, 15-18\n\n\n\nRunners\, walkers\, strollers and for-legged friends are invited to take part.\n\nCookers\, eaters and race participants are welcome.\n\n\n\nAwesome Chili Cook-off after party at the Coosaw Point Clubhouse on the water with live band\, chili and fixin's\, adult beverages\, kids plates (hot dogs\, etc.)\, and each runner over 21 receives a free celebratory beer at the finish line.\n\n\n\nPortion of the proceeds benefits Operation Backpack\, providing new backpacks full of school supplies to children in Beaufort County who cannot otherwise afford them.\n\nBring a school supply donation to the race for Operation Backpack and receive a free race sticker !
