DESCRIPTION:Tickets are now on sale at the Visitor Center in the Historic Arsenal for the 2013 Beaufort International Film Festival. \n\n	\n\n	Mike Tollin is to receive the Jean Ribaut Award for Excellence in Filmmaking\, and Chris Brinker is to receive the Robert Smalls Indie Vision Award. \n\n	\n\n	The Filmmakers Opening Reception is Wednesday\, February 13 at Old Bay Marketplace Rooftop.  We also have tickets to this. \n\n	 \n\n	There are 34 independent films and 10 screenplays that have been chosen from nearly 200 entries worldwide.  Films will screen at USCB Center for the Arts.  \n\n	 \n\n	Film Screenings @ 9am-7:30pm (last film starts)
