DESCRIPTION:TCL's division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development will kick-off a one-month series that focuses on improving leadership skills.  The series is called "How to  'Hold the Helm'   When the Sea Isn't Calm!".   Built around current literature\, videos\, commercial materials\, handouts and peer discussions each session will provide information and a forum for networking with leaders/supervisors that are "in the same boat". Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions and may be able to receive reimbursement for all or some of the tuition cost (must apply 2 weeks prior to training)  Cost $179.   Includes Commercial Texts/Workbooks.  Box Lunch will be provided on this day "only".
