This Ask the Expert webinar will discuss techniques to maintain mental control and think clearly during challenging times.
Patricia Rickenbaker, a licensed clinical social worker at Beaufort Memorial Sea Island Psychiatry, is experienced in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She uses a number of techniques in patient treatment, including re-decision, trauma recovery and mind-body focus.
