Come and join a get-together of book writers, illustrators, readers, and everyone else who makes books the wonderful objects that they are. Meet authors and artists from South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Hear poets read from their work (on the marsh front, weather permitting), see the fabulous & unexpected books that artists make, browse the gallery show featuring 110 Faces with Stories by Ellen Beinhorn, Blowing Rock, NC and vintage trashy romance covers illustrated by Bill Dula, Beaufort SC. Snack on “literary muffins” (western, self-help) and best of all — buy a good read (all genres and publishing approaches, including limited edition book-lettes and serialized novels) and support the "Arts in the South". Free and open to the public.
