Description
Consumer Credit Counseling Service, and the Lowcountry Housing Trust invite you to attend a First Time Homebuyer Training on Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. This certificate class is for 8 full hours so you must be on-time. Consumer Credit Counseling Service will provide information on the steps to take in purchasing a home, from credit to moving in. Information on budgeting, home inspections, moving preparations, and closing will be presented. Each attendee will receive a certificate of completion, and lunch will be provided. Parents are asked not to bring children to the training. Child care will not be provided.(Realtors are asked not to attend this class - thank you!)
