The Junior Service League of Beaufort (JSLB) will host its 5th Touch A Truck fundraiser on Saturday, March 20th, 2021 at the Beaufort Town Center from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. What is Touch A Truck? Touch A Truck is a family event that offers a unique and interactive experience for children of all ages. Children will have the opportunity to see, touch, and safely explore their favorite vehicles that serve our community. Our event will feature many different types of equipment to explore, including a fire truck, a patrol car, a SWAT car, stormwater vehicles, monster truck, construction vehicles, and more! The entertainment area, and the event at large will be revamped this year to reflect COVID protocols, but we want the community to know we are keeping the safety of everyone forefront in our planning. And to round out the experience, enjoy music and fabulous food, drinks, and libations available for purchase. Tons of fun for the whole family! “It’s been quite a year, but we are so excited to bring back our Touch a Truck fundraiser for the 5th year! Supporting and enriching the lives of women, children, and families is our focus in all endeavors, and we think that this event perfectly matches that mission—fun for all ages in a family-friendly environment. And even better—proceeds will all be directed right back into our community through our non-profit grants distributed in May.
