Role Description
The Customer Service Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Beaufort, SC. This position manages customer accounts from initial inquiry through project completion, ensuring orders are processed accurately and deadlines are met.

Daily responsibilities include:

  - Responding to customer questions and preparing quotes.
  - Entering orders and coordinating with production and design teams.
  - Monitoring job status and resolving issues.
  - Maintaining detailed documentation in the CRM or order system.
  - Proactively following up with clients to support ongoing relationships.
  - Contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting the sales team by identifying opportunities for additional services or products.

Qualifications

  - Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on providing responsive, solution-oriented support.
  - Experience as a customer service representative or in a similar client-facing role.
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  - Account management skills, including the ability to handle multiple accounts, track projects, and maintain accurate records.
  - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing orders, timelines, and documentation.
  - Ability to work on-site in Beaufort, SC, collaborating effectively in a team-oriented production and office environment.
  - Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or order management tools; experience in print, signage, or marketing is a plus.
  - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
