Residential Inspector I

GENERAL DEFINITION OF WORK:  Under supervision, inspects new and existing residential projects to ensure compliance with all building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and zoning codes, and all related City ordinances. Reviews all single-family residential building plans for code compliance. Completes and maintains required records. This position reports to the Building Official.
