Pet Care Specialist

Our Pet Care Specialists are at the heart of that experience—ensuring each guest feels secure, engaged, and genuinely cared for. What You’ll Do • Supervise and engage with dogs in a structured, off-leash social setting • Monitor behavior, ensuring safe and positive group dynamics • Maintain a clean, calm, and elevated environment throughout the day • Assist with feeding, personalized services, and rest transitions • Capture and contribute to daily pet report cards (photos/videos) • Support day camp, boarding routines, and enrichment activities What We’re Looking For • Strong comfort handling dogs of all sizes and various temperaments • Attentive, observant, and proactive in group settings • Calm, patient, and naturally nurturing energy • Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout shifts • Weekday, weekend and holiday availability Preferred • Prior experience in pet care, veterinary, or daycare environments • Understanding of canine behavior and body language Why Posh Pooch • Work within a luxury, thoughtfully designed pet resort • Be part of a team that values quality over quantity • Opportunity to contribute to a holistic, whole health approach to pet care
