What You’ll Do • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor • Unpack, sort, and stage incoming inventory with intention and efficiency • Merchandise products in a way that feels elevated yet accessible • Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product guidance • Support checkout, transactions, and daily store operations • Help keep high-turnover inventory refreshed and easy to shop ? What We’re Looking For • Naturally organized with a strong eye for detail • Enjoys creating clean, aesthetically pleasing spaces • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment • Reliable with a strong work ethic • Weekday and weekend availability required • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check ? Preferred • Experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory management • Comfort lifting and moving inventory throughout the day ?
