The race begins and ends at Oyster Factory Park and winds through the historic streets of Old Towne Bluffton. Everyone who participates will get a themed T-shirt, a lei, and snacks after the race. Prizes will go to those with the most colorful outfits.
The main event happens the next evening, on Friday, July 25, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Oyster Factory Park. It's called the Shrimp Festival Sunset Party, and it features live music, seafood, food trucks, craft beers, and family fun. People of all ages, including children and leashed pets, are welcome to enjoy the lively atmosphere.
